Thank you for being patient with me cause I know I promised to have a blog since last year haha đ . But from this month (June 2020), Iâll try my best to write and upload at least 1 blog post/ week for you all.
Like the title suggests, this weekâs post is all small boobs! If you're a regular subscriber of my Youtube channel, you already know that my channel is all about you. My channel is dedicated to all small chested and skinny girls over the world.
Over the past year, I have done a lot of videos about confidence tips, styling tips, and dating tips for girls with small chests. In this blog post, I will talk about 16 perks of having a flat chest and all the reasons why you should love and appreciate you small boobies! Let's go! đĽ

1. No need to wear a bra
So the first benefit of having a flat chest is that you don't need to wear a bra. So if you look at me in these pictures, I am not wearing a bra. In fact, I have given up bras for the past three years and I never looked back.
Going braless is such a great feeling. Most of the time, people donât notice or see my nipples because what comes with a flat chest is that I have very small nipples, like they're tiny, tiny, tiny. So even when I don't wear a bra, they are not noticeable at all, except for when you know I'm aroused or when it's really cold, then maybe you can see a little bit, but most of the time they are invisible. So as a flat-chested girl, that's the number one perk that I love about having no chest, I can just give up bras completely and just feel so comfortable. On top of that, I don't have to spend money on buying new bras. Bras can get so expensive sometimes and I'm happy that I don't have to spend money on that anymore.
Once you go braless, you never look back.
2. No sagging
The second perk of having a flat chest is that I don't have to worry about sagging breasts in the future. I think that my chest would still look the same when I'm 50 or 60 or 70. There may be more wrinkle but overall I think that the shape will stay the same because what makes the breasts sag over time is gravity.
As you get older, you lose more muscle tissue and your skin also gets less elastic over time. As a result, the larger your breasts are, the more likely they are to sag when you get older. And because I have no chest whatsoever, they would just stay the same. No matter how old I get, I think that that will definitely a perk that I will grow to appreciate more and more as I get older.
3. Itâs so easy to run, exercise and move around
So the third benefit of having a small chest is that it's so easy to run, to exercise, to move around. I never have to worry about my boobs bouncing up and down or get in the way when I exercise or when I'm doing physical stuff. I think that some of us small-chested girls may take this for granted because we never have to think about it.
But when I talk to bigger chested girls, that is one of the things that they complain about the most because it's so hard for them to run and to buy a good sports bra that keeps their chest in place and not constantly bouncing up and down while running. For that reason, I think that it's definitely something that we should appreciate more. Itâs definitely a blessing to be able to run and exercise comfortably and freely with a small chest.
4. Sleep on your stomach
This is my favourite. With a flat chest, it's just so easy for me to lie or sleep on my stomach. And most girls with bigger chests can't do that. To be fair, I feel like life just seems easier for us honestly :)
5. You can still look appropriate and elegant with low cut clothing
So the next perk that I want to mention is the fact that we can wear whatever type of clothing that we want. We can wear dresses or tops with low cut or backless design and still look appropriate and elegant doing so. In the meantime, a lot of big-chested girls may shy away from those items because those items may make them look too overly sexual or inappropriate. So I love the fact that we can show as much cleavage as we want and still look elegant and classy.
6. No back pain
The next benefit of having a flat chest is that we don't have to deal with back pain. This is actually very foreign for me cause I've never experienced any back pain whatsoever because of my chest. However, I know that a lot of big-chested girls complain about back pain because sometimes their back cannot support the weight of their chest, I'm just grateful that I don't have to deal with that.
We should all be grateful for that as well because I just feel like it's so easy for us to take a lot of things for granted. Like the fact that it's so easy for us to exercise, the fact that we can sleep on our stomach, and no sagging and no back pain. I think back pain is a major thing. You don't want to deal with unwanted pain in your body right? We rarely think about our health or how our body's feeling in general, we only grow to be aware of that when we're sick and when we experience pain.
Because of that, I believe that no back pain is definitely something that we should appreciate and not take for granted. I know that I sound like a broken record, but most of the time it's just the power of shifting your perspective from focusing on what's not good about having a flat chest and what society thinks about it to focusing on the positive side and the benefits that come with having small boobs.
What I want to emphasize here is that everything has both sides to it and it's totally in your power to choose which side you want to focus on. So let's just focus on the good. Let's just focus on the positive and let's just love all parts of us, all parts of our body, because everything about you is beautiful, wonderful and precious.
7. Bralettes look beautiful on small chests
I think that it's a known fact that bralettes look amazing on small chest. Somehow, they just just look so elegant, so beautiful, so sexy at the same time. And I love it. There are so many options out there for bralettes and I would love to make a video/ write a blog post on bralettes for flat chest in the future. So stay tuned â¤ď¸
8. You look younger than your age
So the next perk of having a small chest is that we look younger than our bigger chested counterparts. If I remove all my makeup or if I just wear minimal makeup, I think I look like 18 or 19 :) And I love the fact that I look younger than my age.
I think that definitely my chest size is a factor that makes people think that I'm younger than my age. And I also think that I will grow to appreciate this more and more and more when I start to age. I may be 30 but I may still look like I'm in my 20s, or I may be in my 50s but I still look like I'm in my 30s who knows hehe đ
9. Less unwanted attention from creeps
Okay, so move on to our next perk, which is that you don't attract (that much) unwanted attention from creepy men. I mean there are creepy men everywhere. I still receive a lot of weird DMs from guys and who fetishize small chests and like that's okay, I just think that the attention that I get is still minimal compared to the unwanted attention that maybe more well-endowed woman may get online.
Since generally their bodies are more objectified by men, they may receive a lot more unwanted attention both online and in real life. Because of that, we may in fact be better off with a flat chest, so we don't have to deal with that as much.
10. People look at your face when they talk to you
So be honest with me, when you look at me, do you look at my face first, or do you look at my chest first? My face? Right. So that leads me to the next perk of having a flat chest is that when people look at you, they are more likely to pay attention to your face, instead of your chest or what your body looks like. Even me as a girl, when I look at other curvy girls, I generally pay more attention to their curves, how their chest and how their butts look like more than the beauty of their faces.
Of course, it's not a bad thing. But to me, I just feel like when I communicate with someone, I'd rather have them talk to my face rather than my boobs or staring at my curves. Because of that, I believe that it's easier for us, small chested girls, to form a more genuine connection with other people without them judging our bodies.
11. Some types of clothing are made for small-chested girls
The next perk that I want to mention is that there are certain types of clothing that are made for small chested girls. Backless tops, backless dresses, halter tops and oversize clothing all look great on small boobs and overall I just feel like we have more choices when it comes to styling. For me, I don't really shy away from any type of clothing. I feel like I can just put on anything and make it look elegant on my body.

12. No boob sweat/boob chafing
Another perk of having small boobs that is not often talked about is that we never have to experience boob sweat or boob chafing. Obviously for me, I never experienced that. I don't know how uncomfortable it is, but I understand that itâs definitely a struggle for many big chested girls. So yeah, you have it, another reason for you to appreciate your small titties ;)
13. You can fake having bigger boobs if you want to
My next perk is that you do have to have bigger boobs for some reason, you can totally fake it. You can wear push-up bras or padded bras and just transform in seconds. Right? But for girls with bigger chests, I think it's really hard or nearly impossible for them to fake smaller chests (maybe through binding but it will be really uncomfortable I think). So I think that it's a bit easier for us to fake having bigger boobs just by wearing different types of bra.
It seems like we have the best of both worlds...
So in case you need to have bigger boobs for some reason to fit better in certain types of clothing then the option is there for you. In a way I do feel like we have the best of both worlds: we can be free without wearing bras and embrace the appearance of small chests and at the same time, we can still fake having bigger boobs if we need to.
14. You can wear button-up shirts without worrying about the buttons popping out
The next perk of having a small chest is that you can wear shirts without worrying if the buttons will come together. Small breasts allow you to wear button-up shirts without any risk of creating little cracks between one button and another. And it just looked good. Like I said in my previous points, it's just easier for us to wear all types of clothes and we should really appreciate that đ
15. No need for bras with underwire
So the next benefit of having a flat chest is that you don't have to go through the pain of wearing bras with underwire if you don't want to. I used to wear bras with underwire a long time ago and to be brutally honest with you, it was a pain in the ass. Itâs the worst. Thinking about it, I can still feel that suffocating feeling that it has on my boobs and I'm just so thankful that I don't have to go through that again.
16. Save money on bras
It also brings me to the next perk, which is that I can save money on bras, because I have, of course, forego their idea of wearing bras for so wrong. I haven't purchased any new bras for a while. I only buy bralettes now, which are a lot cheaper compared to bras and let alone, theyâre much cuter. In a nutshell, I can save money on bras and also enjoy a broader variance in styles when I switched to bralettes, and I really enjoyed that.
I donât know who needs to hear this message right now, but I just want to tell you that t it's okay to have small boobs. There's nothing wrong with being skinny. There's nothing wrong with having no curves. We are still beautiful. We are still sexy in our very own way and we shouldn't change ourselves to fit into society's beauty standards. We define our own beauty.
And like I have written in this blog post, there are so many things to be proud of, there are so many good things about having small boobs and we should all appreciate what we have because what we have is amazing.
